FreeFlight Systems sells its
products through our domestic and international network
of Authorized Avionics Dealers. To purchase a navigation
management system, GPS/WAAS sensor, or radar altimeter
and display, please contact one of our Authorized
Dealers by choosing from the drop down menus below.
Or, contact your favorite avionics shop and ask them
to become a FreeFlight Systems Authorized Dealer.
In addition to working with you
to select the right avionics products for your aircraft,
FreeFlight Systems supports Authorized Installation
Centers to install, remove, and replace our line of
navigation management systems, WAAS/GPS systems, and
radar altimeters. In addition, FreeFlight Systems
authorizes Dealerships to perform limited repairs
and upgrades in-house which can mean minimal downtime.
Each Dealer is authorized as Level I, II or III. The
authorization levels are described below to allow
you to make the best selection for your needs:
Level I
Any authorized FreeFlight Systems Avionics Dealer
may remove and reinstall units for service, using
the particular product’s installation manual.
If the unit is in need of repairs that require removal
of the unit’s cover, the repair must be performed
by a FreeFlight Systems authorized Level II or III
Service Center.
Level II
Level II shops may perform troubleshooting to the
subassembly level and replace the defective subassembly.
Level II shops may also perform software upgrades,
minor modifications, and service bulletins as well
as replace switches, knobs, panel lights, and most
other mechanical piece parts. A Level II shop is identified
in the state, territory, and country dealer lists
as a "Factory Authorized
Repair Center for GPS Navigator Products."
Level III
Level III shops may perform troubleshooting to the
component level.
