FreeFlight Systems is proud to announce David Jacinto, as the recipient of the FreeFlight Employee of the Quarter award for Q3 of 2020.

David Jacinto fell into an avionics career at FreeFlight Systems 12 years ago while recovering from open-heart surgery in 2007. After his first week with the team, he realized that he had discovered an immense passion for avionics.

“And to make a long story short, I’ve been here ever since,” mentioned David. “I like that it’s an agile company that has a family-like atmosphere.”

Outside of work, Dave explains that his wife and three children are his top priority.

“They are my everything.”

At FreeFlight Systems, David is a dedicated team player and consistently does what is best for his teammates and customers. When we asked his team about David, they mentioned that his can-do attitude is the driver of his success. His curiosity pushes him to go and figure out almost anything by asking questions, conducting online research, and even calling his extended network to solve the challenge in front of him.

“The culture here at FreeFlight is ‘do whatever it takes to get the job done’. We’re willing to adapt, which makes us a truly innovative organization.”

David never holds his team back from other opportunities and is continuously pushing them to learn and grow. He is the first to touch parts when they come in and the last to handle finished goods when they go. He consistently has a positive attitude and strives to make himself and his team better.

“FreeFlight Systems is super blessed to have him leading our logistics team in Robinson, Texas,” mentioned Kayla Spence, Director of Operations at FreeFlight Systems.
