Irving, Texas – December 28, 2020 – FreeFlight Systems, a NextGen aviation leader specializing in avionics design, development, and manufacturing, announced today that Justin Yows, Kenia Goodman, Rob Hall, and Keith Maness have each accepted promotions to support the long term growth of the organization.

Of the four recent promotions, Justin Yows has been with the company the longest at nine years, and has been promoted from Manufacturing Technician to Production Supervisor.
Motivated and excited to look at new opportunities within production, Yows will be leading new cross-training initiatives and interfacing with team members closest to production processes.
Kenia Goodman, who started with FreeFlight in 2017 as a temp in the Shipping and Receiving department, has moved through several positions with the company in a short time. Goodman was promoted to Buyer and Planner, and will leverage her passion, work ethic, and knowledge to grow FreeFlight’s manufacturing center of excellence.
Rob Hall, hired in 2019, boasts expert knowledge of electronics and has been promoted to Procurement Manager. Hall has consistently illustrated excellent decision-making process needed to excel within his new role, explained Taylor. An expert in manufacturing and engineering, Hall can juggle multiple priorities while staying extremely composed, a trait that will see him flourish in his new role.
One of the most recent additions to the FreeFlight team, Keith Maness, who has been with FreeFlight Systems for less than a year, has accepted a new role as FreeFlight Systems’ Production Manager.
Maness started with FreeFlight as a Process Engineer. He has driven continuous improvement projects such as creating Defect Reports, optimizing the MRB process, and has been critical to improving supplier relationships and improving flow and communication between Departments. Maness’ positive attitude will ultimately drive excellence in process for daily activities and projects.
