Channel Sales Representative – Repair

A customer service representative will be the first point of contact for all incoming repair inquiries at our Robinson facility. This person will be customer service centric, have great attention to detail and be very patient. They will be responsible for the success of our repair revenue and providing anticipatory service to our customer network.

      • Create and update customer profiles and invoices in Syteline & Salesforce programs
      • Receive and enter phone/fax/e-mail orders & data entry to open and close work orders
      • Call or email customers and prepare cost estimates
      • Daily filing of paperwork, prepare shipping documents & packing list
      • Make changes to, or cancel orders/backorders, maintain product line loaner pool
      • Fill out forms, determine changes for service requested, review warranty claims
      • Follow up on open quotes and projects with customers
      • Review the Denied Parties in MK Denials web site for export acceptance
      • Perform incoming/preliminary inspection of equipment for physical damage and outgoing inspection (i.e. quality hardware, reconciling part numbers and serial numbers)
      • Analytical ability required (gathering and summarizing data for reports, finding solutions and prioritizing work
      • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials and meeting deadlines
      • Back-up support for repair station manager
      • Other duties as requested, assigned or directed
      • Ability to calculate figures and amounts
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Good computer and keyboarding skills
      • Strong team player
      • Excellent written and communication skills, both written and oral
      • Customer service skills – friendly, courteous, and helpful
      • Foreign language(s) a plus
